and rising…that’s life when the A/C unit dies and looks like it’ll get hotter, and pricey before it gets better, to the tune of…ahem…4k! shocking, yes but that replaces both the compressor outside and the furnace inside and all the stuff that goes with, both are antiques that run my heating/cooling bills sky-high. I inherited these lovely items when I bought the house and I knew it was a matter-of-time, just hoped time would have stretch just a little bit further, like all the way to tax return season! Oh well, my luck. So I figured it would help cut some overall cost to go ahead and invest in both now since I have to purchase the compressor anyway and the furnace already has a patch job (done last winter) so it’s time for package dealing.
I sweat as I type this. Hope to be chillin’ soon.

Scary Scar!
Just call me FrankinFreak! ggrrrawwh! Surgery went down pretty smoothly, got me a full 2 inch vertical incision that runs right above my boob, nice. Should be a scary scar! The healing part bites ass, by the way.
I’m sore, and nauseous…good times.
Happy 4th.

Slice and Dice!
Saw the surgeon today and he was very confident, made me feel good (well “good” is relative) about the procedure. He looked through all the scans and film said it does not appear to be cancer, but we’ll know more later, said I’ll have a ugly scar on my chest, nice…just want I need. Slice and Dice day: July 1st. Oh boy…

Chest Wall Tumor? wwwwhat?
I’m still breathing but my ears are still ringing the words “chest, tumor”. Dr called, said my CT Scan shows some oddball thing inside me and “it needs to come out”. OK I can deal with this. Next step: surgeon consult.

Where is my job going?
Offshore, that’s where. To India. Guess it is the latest fad.
